This site is operated by Хапи Кампъни ЕООД (“Happy Company”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Bulgaria, company ID (ЕИК) 206501778. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.
What data we collect
- Contact form data — the name, email address, company (optional) and message you submit through our contact form.
- Technical data — standard server logs created by our hosting provider (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) for security and reliability.
- Preferences — a light/dark theme choice and a cookie-notice dismissal, stored locally in your browser. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not run advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not buy or sell personal data.
Why we use it (legal basis)
- To respond to your enquiry and communicate with you — on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you.
- To keep the site secure and working — on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a safe service.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the site, acting on our instructions. These may include our hosting provider, our email/SMTP provider used to deliver contact-form messages, and — if enabled — Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. We do not share your data for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then delete them. Server logs are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
